Emma + Cody

A Five-Star Guest Experience at The Arlo
We love all of our weddings, but our hearts sing when a couple asks for an extra-special guest experience. And Emma and Cody were that couple — they wanted a guest-centered wedding day that would treat their friends and family to a luxe, VIP experience. We immediately thought of Austin’s newest wedding venue, The Arlo, to be the backdrop for this five-star day, and the stunning new venue did not disappoint. We created an outdoor hot chocolate and coffee cafe to welcome Emma and Cody’s guests upon arrival, before ushering them inside to the dreamy ceremony space that was decked out with edgy acrylic chairs and ethereal floral installations. Before the bride walked in, all eyes were on her sibling, who played a creamy white baby grand piano perched atop a custom stage surrounded with dramatic white florals. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed an epic cocktail hour at a custom circular bar. Their glasses clinked with monogrammed ice cubes and unique stirrers as they walked through the interactive seating chart cabana. Even Emma and Cody’s littlest guests were treated to an evening to remember. At the kids table, each child was entertained with their own plush bunny toy, bookbag, custom coloring mat and crayons. Can you say “attention to detail”?!

THE VIBE

Elegance with an edge. We embraced The Arlo’s classic good looks to create a stylish black-and-white color scheme, but added some sass with several surprises: cold fountain fireworks during the first dance and exit, and live accompaniments to the DJ, to name a few.
